Implementation & Pricing
Benedict Finance is delivered as a one-time implementation inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Pricing depends on the company structure, scope of implementation, and selected optional functionality or custom orders.
There are no per-user licenses and no recurring subscriptions, unless an optional support package is selected. Support packages are discussed and priced separately.
Licensing
Benedict Corp. grants a non-exclusive, non-tranferable, unlimited license to use the Benedict Finance for your internal business purposes.
Your organization should have a valid Microsoft 365 licenses to run the application. Some optional functionality or custom orders may require Microsoft premium licenses.
Benedict Corp. is not a Microsoft license provider, but may advise on the licenses required for specific functionality.
* Shareholder resolution generation tool is optional and may require a premium license for Microsoft Power Automate.
**Integration with electronic signature providers is optional. Benedict Corp. is not an e-signature provider. Premium license of Microsoft Power Automate may be required.
