Benedict Corp. grants you non-exclusive, one-time license to use the Benedict App - Light.
Licensing requirements depend on the selected version of application.
Essentials version: Requires a Microsoft 365 license with access to SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps.
Professional version: Requires the same as Essentials version, plus at least one Power Apps Premium or Power Apps per App License.
No. Benedict Corp.'s applications run fully within your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning your company owns and controls all data. We do not store or access any client information.
Yes.
Clients can request custom features or integrations. Customizations are handled as separate development requests under the same legal and warranty terms as described in Benedict Corp.'s Terms of Service & License Agreement.
Yes.
Since all data remains in your company's Microsoft 365 environment, the application inherits Microsoft's compliance and data protection standards.
There are two available payment options for the application:
Invoice Payment: Benedict Corp. issues an invoice for the application and any agreed client modifications (if applicable). All payments must be settled prior to the deployment of the application in your Microsoft 365 environment.
Online purchase via Gumroad: You may purchase the base application in any of its three versions directly through Gumroad. Please note that any custom modifications requested after purchase will be billed separately by Benedict Corp. according to the terms of invoice.

Yes.
You may request additional customizations at any time after deployment.
All such requests are treated as Custom Orders and handled under the same warranty and legal terms defined in our Terms of Use.
Yes.
Benedict Corp. provides 30 days of complimentary support starting from the deployment date. During this period, we assist with any technical issues, configuration adjustments, or minor fixes related to the application.
After the 30-day period, continued support and non-critical updates can be arranged under a separate maintenance or customization agreement.

In general, no.
Since the application is deployed directly within your Microsoft 365 environment, all sales are final as defined in our Terms of Use.
Before purchase, we provide a 14-day demo period, allowing you to fully explore the application and ensure it meets your needs.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.
In such cases, refund requests are reviewed individually, and partial or full refund may be granted at discretion of Benedict Corp.
